Welcome to Salt & Sound Wellness. My own healing journey opened my eyes to how few supportive wellness and stress-relief options existed in our community. I felt called to create a space where people could exhale, reconnect, and restore themselves. So, in 2020, I opened this massage and wellness studio with that intention at its core. With 20 years of experience as a massage therapist, my mission is simple: to help every client find peace, balance, and deeper healing within their body.
